Heres a few pics of what I did last week since I had a small dent in the hood and would be repainting it anyway.haha,no offense but you guys that buy a $500 carbon fiber hood and then go drill holes in it are just goofy.:tease:

Few more pics of where I ran the line through the firewall and where they are on the wiper valance. The passenger one needs to go back about a half inch to the windshield so as not to hit the bar under it...wish I had test fitted.

Nice job... make sure you sand the edges down very well on that primer... Spraying a square like that makes it harder to conceal the edges; just make sure it's sanded down well for a good blend :thumb:

Very true. Looks good so far, hope the paint job comes out good.

does it actually spray on the windhshield? if not I would just not rellocate them and take them off entirely, i mean i never use mine anyways.
peace

It should, you can aim the little squirters high enough from their stock position to squirt well above the windshield so they should still hit where they need to. Just take a needle and stick it in the little squirter holes and aim them where they need to be.

Yes,they will still hit the windshield although mine still need some fine tuning, one side's high, ones low and its just not enough of a difference to have messed with it yet I guess.

I took a 3M flat block to one of the primer spots and its like glass so as long as I can blend the paint edges pretty good it will look fine.

Make sure your not sanding with anything to slippery. you want to sand it with no more than 600 grit wet sand because otherwise your paint will not adhere properly. The only time you go lower than that is when you are wet sanding and buffing after the new paintjob to give the car that extra glossy look
