dsm or not?

i have a 92 talon tsi awd with a stripped clutch and was thinking of a trade for a 93 dodge stealth rt awd twin turbo. is that car a dsm or would it be a good buy/trade?

A stripped clutch? Hmm.. anyways how do define a good car? Good Mileage? Maintenance? Fast? Looks? Figure that out before you start trading your cars around.. Cause are all great cars.....But then Stealths and stuff are sweet too.... And im fairly sure stealths are considered DSM, (same factory)?

The way i look at it stealths and 3000gts are like the " big brothers" of dsms. Their platforms are like the same. They dont have the same motors but the "idea" is the same.
Stealth twin turbo... If it runs good and no major problems i would trade.

You'd be retarded to trade your DSM for the twin turbo V6..have you tried working on that thing? It is a pain in the ass. Plus its more expensive to mod a 3000gt/stealth than it is a DSM. You'll probably find more mods for the 4g63 than the 6g72 also.

Speaking from personal experience, those cars are wicked with the right mods, but are maintainence nightmares when modded, even more-so that the dsms (if you can believe that). Just plan on having an extra set of valve seals (not kidding) on hand when and if you decide to trade. My .02 is that hp per dollar and mod freindliness, the dsm wins hands down. With a higher budget, mechanical knowhow and alot of time, stealths / 3k's are forces to be reckoned with.

By the way, describe a stripped clutch.

about wether or not the stealths are dsm's people genrally only consider 1/2g's dsm but anyways id stay with the dsm you have now, fix/replace your clutch and move on to whatevers next.
