need help with the cloth arm rest panel?

i'm doing blue on it but i don't know how or what to use i tried vinyl and it's not looking too good what should i use guys? thanks in advance

the peice on the door panel where like mine is tan with triangels i think they made a leather one too i have seen where people cover or paint theres i think i'll have to find the leather one and just vinyl paint it. if anyone has pics please post or link them to me thanks guys
