Faded Look on 95-96 HeadLights??

Do you guys know anyway to get that faded look off the headlights because one of my headlights has that problem. i am going to take them apart and paint them black, on the inside. i hope it looks sick. thanks for the help

try wetsanding and buffing them... that should take care of it

nothing betas wetsanding, but if you dont have the skillz for that then try Mothers MAg & Aluminum Polish. It works wonders on those foggy bastards
 
Yeah like said above. Use a high grit wetsand like 800-1200. After wetsanding use the mothers mag polish. Apply elbow grease until the white paste turns dark.
 
Has anyone tried that Flitz polisher that they show on TV? Just curious to see if it works or not.
 
I did 1000, then 2000, then power polished with Meguiars compound followed by hand polish with Meguiars Scratch X. Fog/haze look is gone, rock chips are deep and hard to get rid of.
