1G Eclipse - Center Controls Question.

i do not know how in the hell to get the center peice out of my car, the one with the A/C contorls and the A/C vents and all that, please help its really pissing me off.

very very simple =].. uhmm.. you know the two black strip things? one beside the hvac and the other one at the bottom.. those snap off.. there's screws behind those.. take them off .. now the tricky part is the slanted vent. Get a flat screw driver and put and stick it in between the vent and the console (big plastic piece) and move it around.. basically.. there's 2 clips, one on each side that have to unhook and with the screw driver ur just pushing the clips in.. once thats done.. slide out the vent, and there's 2 more screws that hold the hvac in.. take them off.. it should now start to come apart.. and now u just gotta unplug all the switches and whatever else is int he back.. uhm.. don't owrry abotu confusing the plugs cus their all different and only fit into certain plugs.. ? make sense.. if not.. msg me on AIM (jay dash d) =D good luck!

Just don't get mad and go beserk if the center vent doesn't come out as easily as it sounds... The vent will end up in a lot of pieces if you do.

Thats why mine is not even in my car anymore.. It was shattered upon removal
