Q about eclipse 2g foglights

I would like to get a set of OEM foglights, and i found a set on ebay, but it seems like something is missing from the one on the right... it looks like a wire or something... can someone let me know if that wire thingy needs to be there..

ask the seller a question...

basically ask what you just asked us cause we wont know you should a + and a - and since they are factory, there are probly plugs..
