WOW thats ALOT of blue, maybe you should have left some grey or put some balck on the doors to get some kinda contrast. My other eclipse had grey and black doors. If you like it what the hell who cares

how comes mine doesn't want to come out that well... OHHH thats right... rattle cans from cheap discount stores of colors people never really hear of... Now i remember :(

I know these pics aren't of a DSM but mine has been in the shop since day one, so I haven't had a chance to get anything done yet. These pics are of an interior I painted for a customer in his SVT focus. He placed first in the USAC Nationals in kansas city last week. I will be painting some of my interior when I get the car back and will post up some pics of it then. Peace

Well I'm still working on my interior. I wish the 1g interiors weren't so boring. For now I just put in a 7" lilliput touchscreen lcd, which is hooked up to a computer that's behind the driver seat. I plan on putting the computer where the center armwrest is and building a box out of fiberglass for it. Tell me honestly without flaming please, do you think it would be cool or not to have a dvd drive come out in the front of the new armwrest/computer case, and be a dvd drive and cup holder, because the 1g's don't have any cup holders in there and I think with a little modification a cd/dvd drive would be a pretty good one, that way you just push a button and it comes out, then push it again and it goes back to being invisible. I think it's a pretty good idea, but let me know what you guys think.

Anyway, here's my lilliput setup for now. The skin is one I custom made for windows media player, so I have all my songs, like 3000, all sorted into genre, artist and my custom playlists. Makes it really nice for long drives so you don't have to keep switching cds, not to mention having 3000 songs worth of cds would be a bit of a P.I.T.A. to search through.

Oh, and if anyone else has a carPC and wants a skin to be made just let me know and maybe I could make one for you for a small price, I'd do it for free but I'm in college and I'm broke and don't have a whole lot of free time.

I used a sanding process that I have developed for plastic parts. Then I primered all the stuff real well and sprayed it with urethane based automotive paint and urethane automotive clear. I really layed the clear on thick and the stuff is smooth like glass....

well, at first i wasen't gunna reply with any pictures of mine. I know im gunna get alot of hate mail out of it, but what the hell.. there is already 200 man hours into it. Everything and I mean everything has either been re designed, or fiberlassed. If every thing goes right, it will be done this week, and will be going to get some color..
