(Quick Help)Bumper "COVER"

I bought a Front Bumper "COVER" off of Ebay. The 97-99 for my 95 Eclipse. I called them up they said its just the front plastic part and thats it .My question is since its just the front plastic will I need anything else to do the conversion? Thanks In Advance.

no it won't fit. you have to have the 97 style headlights. The 95's head lights are bigger in the center of the bumper.

You scared me at first I thought you were going to say it wouldnt fit because of some support or something but good thing my 95 is already gapped with the 97-99 headlights
P.S. Check out the mirrors but dont ask.
