Headlight fix?? Help please??

I just stuck in new Silverstar bulbs and adjusted my low beams. But when I turned on my high beams, my left driverside headlight was messed up. The low beam was higher then the high beam! How do I correct this? I thought they were both adjusted under the same mechanism... anyone??? Oh yea, this is for my 96' Talon...

The bulb's not seated properly in the housing. Fiddle with it, look at it to see that it's all the way in. Make sure the old O-ring didn't come adrift in the socket, and that you don't have a wire trapped under it.
