mp3 players

What mp3 players can be hooked up to a car through the aux. input on a cd player. I know ipod's can but is there anything else cause ipod's are expensive.

www.newegg.com has some mp3 players for cheap. You can get one with a headphone jack and go to radio shack and get a 3.5mm to rca cord. Newegg rules.

mp3 player into your rca imputs sounds like a waste to me. just get a deck that plays cdrw's and mp3's and have at it. burn the mp3's as data and not music and you can put a good 200 songs on a single cd, now how many mp3 players can hold 200 songs?

Its not a waste. My cdplayer can play plenty of mp3s and wmas but its very handy to just plug in your mp3 player if you have some songs you want to listen to. easier then running to your computer and burning a new cd for a few songs. Its like a 3 dollar cord and your all set.

in a way i think the 95-96 stereos are better cause it has that front AUX input.. i have a portable mp3 cd player and just hook up the line out (not headphone out) to the aux in and it works great
