What does a moldeed bodykit mean? And why dont they come fitting perfectly when you buy them for the car?

molded means that it is molded into the body, showing NO lines of bodykit itself.

why doesn't it fit perfect from the factory? because the tolerances on each car is a little different. the body of 'your' may be a little torqued or tweaked a little. also, fiberglass & poly flex differently than steel & sheetmetal.

also, depending on the company, they will have better or worse molds for the fiberglass. good companies will go through a few molds and test fit each part to see how well it fits, so it depends a lot on the company and the time they take to see how well their products fit. i.e. - the cheap ass no name ebay kits have prob zero test fitting done, unlike a company like Bomex that even does wind tunnel test for there cars OMG
