I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a difference in the headlights for a 95-96 eclipse and the 97-99? Just wondering b/c i ordered some 97-99 headlights for my 96 and they dont seem to want to go in, just checking to see if they should fit or not before i cram them in there, thanks

yea 2Ga (95-97) dont fit into the 2Gb(98-99) cars without some modification, this is a commong thing actually. u can either get lights made for your car, trim everything around them and repaint or get fenders and a bumper to make it all fit. personally i'd just get the right year headlights, unless u want to do the conversion

Correction...
2gA is 95-96
2gB is 97-99
The 97-99 lights will fit on your 96. There will be a gap, however, in the front bumper. Put them in, you'll see what I mean. There is no need for new fenders either. They are the same for every year. :thumb:
