where do you guys mount your maf trans. pictures would be nice. i will post mine up tonight.

well i put them in the pod but there is nothing to hook them up to b/c the motor is still out.

i will be. i could only wish that they would make the wires long enough to go to the engine bay. but i will be doing that this week.

This thread shows you how to wire the MAF to the stock MAF wiring, then tapping the MAFT into the ECU, all without extending the wires (which is a biatch). You could just get the wiring extender though.

Ya, I have min ein the engine bay. I would like it under the dash or something. They have the extender, but it is only for the GM part. There would need to be one for the DSM harness.

i put mine in that same spot, i extended all the wires about 8 feet if i remember correctly. the only reason i wanted to extend them is because i hate tapping into the ecu harness. i had to do it for my afr, and it was a bi***. oh well heres a pic of it...

What do you mean? You dont need an extender at all if you want to wire it into the ecu, and splice the GM MAF into the stock MAF wire.

I do not wanna splice the ecu at all. As if I wanna change my setup I can just unplug it
