amp installation

ok im a noob on installin a amp... i know the whole concept... but i dont know which wires go where, i read how to get the wires through the fire wall, but where do u put the wires through out the rest of the car........ i put my cd player in like nothing, but this is new territory for me.... any help would b appreciated

I ran the 4gauge power wire through the right stide of the car with the windshiel washer tube, and the remote turn on and rca's on the left side to avoid feedback. You should be able to run speaker wire along that side also.

I've got 3 sets of rcas, a changer cable and 4 ga all on the passeger side.

for best results and ease pull the back seat and the plastic next to it. its olny 2 screws and you will have a lot cleaner cable run to the trunk

dont know about 2wd but AWD have a "box" across the back of the rear seat and a raised load floor. The box is open straight thru front to back under thewheelwell piece so loosen it (the wheelwell/shock cover piece) and with a cable puller you can get everything into the trunk without being seen.

For the amp i put in i couldnt find a suitable place to drill through the firewall, so (CAUTION THIS ISNT VERY SMART) i ran the power wire under the hood and through the door seals, then under the plastic liner on the base board along the door(has like 4-5screws)then behind the panle on the passenger side, looks real clean so far...then i took some clear hose you can get at a home depot(they have colors too) to put the wires in between where it comes out of the panels to where it connects to the amp. Hope this isnt too confusing, im not too good with the terminology, more hands on.
