i need to repaint the door trim on my car and was wondering if anybody could tell me what red it is.... i have a 1992 eclipse 2.0 nt, the little sticker under the hood wore off so i cant tell from that

If you take it to a shop they will have to match the paint to the paint on your car, Because Im sure that is not the exact color it was back in 92

You can get it "bricked" at a ppg store.

Ya thay use a little thing that looks like a camra on the paint and it hooks to the computer then it spits out the formula.
100% colour match evry time!

nice,... another question, what grit of sandpaper should i use to sand down the panels?

If your going to prim is i yould use 180 or 120 depends on how thick the primer is.
for top coat if it is base clear use 400 or 600
if it is single stage use 320.
