Is there an easy way to fix rims that are curbed? What materials are needed and how time consuming is it? I need to get my rims looking good again.

I used a regular file and just shaved it down untill the deep scratch's were out. You can use sandpaper, but maybe for the finishing touches. It took me 20 mins to get it looking decent, depends on how deep. dont let the file slip and hit the rims.....
