Fixing Rims?

Is there an easy way to fix rims that are curbed? What materials are needed and how time consuming is it? I need to get my rims looking good again.

you mean like when you drive to close to the damn sidewalk and scratch the shyt outa the outer lip of the rim..... damnit... thats happen to me 3 times!!!

I used a regular file and just shaved it down untill the deep scratch's were out. You can use sandpaper, but maybe for the finishing touches. It took me 20 mins to get it looking decent, depends on how deep. dont let the file slip and hit the rims.....

So i can just shave it down? I bought a set of 16 inch OZ rims (that come on some of the 99 GS') for $100 and two rims are curbed a little ibt. Thanks, I'll try to file them down this weekend.
