cd player install...need some help

sorry...messed up....but really do need help...
i cant get power to it...not sure what wires to tap...i found a different post that help with alot of the install....but i cant get power. i have a 91 talon, and i thought that i was supposed to tap the white w/blue stripes...(there are 2 identical wires that go into one spot on the harness...are those even the right ones? and my ground is good...im pretty sure.
