supporting mods


i will be starting to save up for a hahn stage 3 turbo kit and supporting mods for my 97 rs in about a month. my question is, aside from tha supporting mods i will list below, are there any that im missing? if so, let me know.

hks 3" hi-power catback
apex-i avcr
apex-i safc
apex-i turbo timer
greddy type-s bov

now i know i will also need some injectors and other stuff but i dont know what exactly so please help me out and list that below. thanks.

id say 550cc injectors...maybe think about getting some kind of ignition system (MSD) ...other than that, it sounds like a great list, and you will be flying when you get it all!! good luck

Inj. size will depond on how much power you plan on making figure that out and you can find out what size inj. you need. You wont need an MSD dis 2 till you get around 400hp,msd coil, wires, pllugs, udp, 60mm tb, you can use all these mod's also. I say get rid of that cartech fmu that will come with the HAHN kit and get a S-FMU from vortech.

thanks eclipsedgs, cant wait till i get it all. im hopin to make around 400hp so what size injectors would i need then? and what kind of ignition setup and fuel setup would i need?

440 inj's will be good,and S-FMU , MSD dis 2 is the ignition you need

where is a good place to get that stuff at? also, would i need to upgrade my brakes once tha turbo is on?

It's always a good idea to upgrade your brake system to up the stopping power at high speed no sence on have all that power and being able to stop. All in all it's up to you. you can get inj's at Hahn's web site.
sorry I don't have it right now.

i dont thikn youll need the afc or the avcr (right off the bat anyway)

you will also want to rewire your fuel pump if that hasnt been done yet, a data logger, and some gauges

you wont need the safc.

mainly youll use the vortech SAFC, a/f and egt gauges, and a datalogger as your tuning tools...

A missing link is a good idea the FCD unit's that come with the STAR kit and the HRC are both a POS.
