I finally got around to installing my Walbro 255hp in today to finally complete my turbo swap. After some frustration and finding loose wires I got my car running 100%.

Man does it pull hard at 7psi. :D As soon as my oil leak is fixed I'll install my MBC and up it to my goal of 9psi.

Also, some people have said the 255 may be overkill for my car right now but I'd rather have too much fuel on tap than not enough. Especially since I have another motor I'm building to drop in the Talon.

My next project though is a new clutch. The top of 3rd gear does not agree with the stock NT clutch very well. :(

Thats great to hear its working out for you. Mine is coming together. I already have a small 16G, haha, just need a doner engine for the rest. But im still looking and im not going to stop!:D :talon:

have fun with the new motor, but you might want to look into an adjustable fuel pressure regulator to keep that 255 under more control. don't worry about the clutch, i'm not surprised. hell with the low comp turbo block and stock boost (10psi) my nt clutch was slipping badly. look into act's clutch setup for the nt. they have a few some rated for about 333 lb/ft of torque and the puck clutches that are rated at around 440 lb/ft of torque.

make sure you build or at least replace those internals with the turbo internals otherwise that 16g will destroy your piston ring lands.

Boost controller is installed and boost is set at 9.5psi. Low end power really picked up nice and my top end does not die off anymore. :)

Damn I need a new clutch. :D
