I just purchased some parts for my car: FCD, 50 shot of nitrous.

I had a few questions, I read up on the EGR block off kit from CI and I don't know if its worth it. I also need to buy a WB o2. I am probably going to buy the NGK AFX because its on sale now.

Also Im stuck in a hard dececision. I want to get an external wg; but that is a lot more money/ work. I would have to buy a new manifold that has a flange, then I would need the WG it self then a new down pipe. So...its going to cost me money. I want to get as much power I can.

Any other small inexpensiveROFL parts anyone can suggest that I don't already have to get some power?

There are pretty much no power gains from taking off your egr piping, it will throw a CEL light if not done properly. So unless your doing the EGR block off for other reasons, I removed mine because the portfuler mount kit made the EGR pipe too short, then I recommend not wasting money on that.

The WB o2 is a very good choice, I was looking at the NGK myself because I heard nothing but good reviews on them.

Why do you want to go the route of an external WG?

Actually it'll be hard to purchase any small items that you don't already have on that car. Although you already had a topic on fuel, that is really what is holding you back from making the power the you would really want out of that car.

these parts of course are not neccesities, but would still greatly improve your setup no and work well with any other setup you choose to go later on.

definately get the wideband o2. once tuned better you will be extremely suprised of the power gains once the a/f ration is consistant throughout the powerband.
MP 60mm throttle body (they make a real nice TB)
port match the upper intake manifold as well to accept the 60mm TB.
get a crank scraper
sway bars
