i have been researching the portfueler and really thing i want one
but to those that already have one installed
how did you do the fuel lines
i saw hahn pictures where they Y'd the incoming line to each fuel rail and then ran a return to both sides of the fpr

couldnt you hook the fuel rail up in a series fuel line in to primary rail then to secondary rail and then to fpr.

if you upgraded your stock fuel line to like 6an sizing that should work shouldnt it

Each line needs its only supply. You need to hook it up exactly like they have it. There is no need to upgrade your stock fuel line. The stock line will handle up to like 600hp worth of fuel. If you upgrade your lines, i think your pressure will be off compared to other people's. Im not running upgraded fuel lines. Im at 337whp.. which is probably around 400hp to the crank.

hey Sui, did you use a walbro fuel pump or the stock one?? i guess im gonna order my portfueler as soon as i get my taxes back and i was just wondering what other components ill need for it.

i called hahn today because i needed a recal disk for the cartech still in my car
(long story) i just dont want to go spending a lot on fuel stuff until i get the portfueler
but while i had him on the phone i asked the tech the same question
he said that running the rails in a series is now actually preferred
and that the pics of each line getting its own input and return was just how they did their car

as long as you have a decent fuel pump
it wouldnt be a problem especially with the bigger lines

i hate getting more than one answer on something
i could probably talk to another tech at hahn and get a different answer
but i remember seeing other 8 injector set ups with the rails in a series also

thanks for the inputs

If thats what Craig said at HRC, then I would believe him. Im going to call him up myself and ask now. I was one of the first to receive the HRC Portfueler and if they have changed the fuel configuration I would like to know why.

to be honest i am not sure if it was craig or not
i normally talk to brad but he was not there
so i just asked to talk to someone about recalibrating my cartech for my 270cc injectors
it was just on a side note that i asked about the portfueler and by that time i had forgotten the guys name

i have talked to craig before on other issues and he seems to know what he is talking about
