oh yea i just got this injen intake and man dose that sucker make make ma car go faster and sound meaner its really tyte.

Not a problem...you actually save money by building it.

For map bypass Buy "missing link"
vortech FMU (fuel management unit)
exhaust manifold
Turbo
wastegate depending on exhaust header you might want a internal one
oil return weld bung @ steel braided return hose
steel braided feed line
High volume fuel pump
oil presure sensor fitting for oil feed line
Intercooler
BOV (greddy type S)
custom piping & down pipe
Silicone Couplers & Clamps
boost gauge
boost controller (apexi avc-r)

The kit isn't to bad to hook up I had someone from the forum here explain how it goes together since the instructions sucked. I will be doing a article in the tech articles which will show how to put the stars kit in that will make sence to everyone with pictures.

IF you have never had a turbo car before, do you think it is a wise choice to do a custom kit???

buy the book Maximum boost first....

Don't buy your turbo off ebay.. some are good, most are bad

Here's a little article I found that shows you how to build a kit. http://www.cse.uconn.edu/~yelevich/turbo/turbo.html This kit is just like the stars kit. I wish I knew before I bought my kit how easy it would be to piece a kit together. The hardest part is your piping. A good muffler shop should be able to bend great looking intercooler pipes. I spent $2800 for my star kit and spent:
250.00 for Jet Hot coating, manifold, downpipe
150.00 Greddy type S bov
75.00 Missing Link
50.00 Autometer boost gauge
10.00 weld bung
40.00 braided oil return line
40.00 2.5" flex pipe
35.00 exhaust manifold gasket
425.00 Apexi AVC-R boost controller
145.00 B&M oil cooler
40.00 cat straight through pipe
30.00 EGR block off

These are just a few things I replaced or added to the kit. So keep in mind it also takes little things to put it all together...
