Need new engine

I recently just threw a rod, so i am going to get a whole new motor. I want to go turbo, so what is the best way to do this? What type of motor should i buy? should i buy a stock motor and just change all the parts? or should i buy a different motor?

What is the best thing to do without spending too much money.

if you don't want to do much yourself or pay a shop to do it.. buy a block from howell automotive.
