Oil Question

I am installin the Hahn Stage 1 Kit and I was wondering what octane gas to use and what Synthetic Oil to use (What Brand and what kind like 10w-30?) ESI 2 TSI

i have the same kit and the manual says to use 93 octane over and over cause if you use anything else like 89 boost will not be boosted . I use Amsoil 10w-40 cause i heard its the best for my set-up.
