Ring gear in trans

Anyone know what I am talking about? It is the nylon gear in the trans that usually breaks in these cars. It is not the one that is attached to the speed sensor but rather the one that drives the speed sensor gear.
 
Mitsubishi part number is: M04797316 - $13.78
Dodge part number is: 4797316 - $9.83

Same part, different price depending on dealer you go through for ordering.
