Rewire Help

I had a manual swap on my car done over 2 years ago and I took out the tcu and replaced the ecu with a manual ecu.My question is Has anyone done the rewire to get the speedo to work again? I have armonds directions but it for a 95-96 and I heard that the 99 is a little different when rewiring. If anyone can help that would be awesome.

To wire it up for a 99 you splice the yellow and white stripe wire into the yellow and white stripe wire running along the main harness that runs under the dash. I'm not sure if that's the way to do it for a 95-96, but after searching that's the info for a 99.
