I bought my 91 talon esi a few weeks ago. I paid 1500 for it .. gret shape. 30,000 miles on it. I know pretty much about cars but I'm no genious. But I am flat out broke now. But I want some more power out of it. I don't have my liscense yet so I have time. I do drive it tho .. dirt roads. I'm not completely sure of the mods that are on it. The guy I bought it from said he would tell me the mods he knows of. He said it was nothing big. I do know the pipes are different. They arent to high flowing though. And from other threads I've heard pretty much a big pipe would be best because its high flowing. So I want to know if this is true and any other suggestions that I should try for 200$ or less. I will gretaly apriciate some help. Thx.

Thanx a lot. That site had a lot of stuff. You helped loads. Thanx

30,000 miles...wow. Yeah air filter and airbox is probably your best bet for now if you're on a tight budget.

Well .. 30,000 on engine. theres around 110,000 on car but the thing is like new. The hood needs a paitnjob though. And I'm gonna go with the airbox. As soon as I get a k&n airfilter. Can you just get one at napa, adavnced or any parts dealer? And how shoud I really go about choppin up my air box. I don't wanna mess up bad and end up after a newairbox.
