OK. On Ebay i see an auction for a throttle body spacer. I was just wondering what it actually does. It says it improved horse power etc. And if it does produce pwer how. Thanks

What it claims is that more air will get into the combustion chamber by spinning it.

What a bunch of crap. I'd like to see the engine they got a 22hp gain out of.

Also skip turbine intakes and magnets for the fuel lines.

I have the same thign on my car, but didnt pay as much from NOPI. I noticed a little better gas mileage, a slight slight increase in torque, and a cool whistling sound. But if you want it get it, if your skeptical then dont.

one more thing.....I had to send mine back because they sent me the spacer for the 4 bolt throttle body when mine was equipped with the 2 bolt so check on that first.

Well it may have just been me, but a slight increase in Gas mileage was seen for me, i may have imagined the increase in torque....

Keep real records of your mileage for a few tanks, and let us know if there was a genuine change.

the day before i put it on i had 1/4 of a tank, so i took the mileage i had(dont rememeber specifically) and figured the mileage. i was getting around 24MPG. After the install i checked it for a week with 3 fill ups. I averaged out to 26 MPG. I should have stated this earlier. But then i can realize it may be my driving....some days i dont drive very economical. All in all i got ripped off, but no one is gonna buy it from me so i might as well leave it on there. So if you wanna spend 90 bucks for 2 more MPG youll get your moneys worht in like a year?!?!?!
