95 turbo pistons won't fit in a 1.8 engine. You'll have to find some other way to loose HP in your car.

i am not putting in a 1.8 i am putting them in a 2.0 . and i know the will fit with a little machining

Yes they will, they are direct fit to 92.5-94 7 bolt rods. The 89-92.5 will need machining to fit.

Why wouldn't you be able to? You will just loose hp. Why not buy some ross 9.1 turbo pistons?

i know i can. but how much hp will i lose. i want to go with thee lower cr so i cant run 20lb of boost if i want instead of 10lb ( or what ever i cant get with a cr of 9.5:1)

with forged 9.1 Ross pistons you can run plenty of boost. (u need forged rods as well though) The stock T motors (1G) have a CR of 7.8:1 which is 1.2 points lower than our stock 9.0:1 compression. if the T motors kept that low CR and took off the turbo they would be putting out about 95-100hp (at the crank). so our 1.2 boost in CR puts us at 135hp (at the crank) So if you put 8.5:1s in your NT you will be loosing half a point of CR, which would drop around 10-17hp (at the crank).
