How to change rear drums to disc???

[1997RS]

Could someone explain to me in details how to change my rear drums into disc and what models can i use??? I know gst and gsx but is there other cars out there that hold the same systems as gst gsx??? and if so can someone be kind in letting me know how to do the job??? Thanks any help will be appreciated.
