I need to know what the best setup for an exhaust for my 96 talon....

i need....

-headers
-hi-flow cat
-cat back exhaust

let me know what i need

:talon:

Dont buy a header for our car, there are almost no gians in hp. For exhaust Go with a thermal r&d, apex N-1 or a greddy evo. ANd Dont go any bigger then 2.5 unless you plan on going turbo

excuse me...but i saw a 2gnt get 6hp out of a header...i say do it

for a hi-flo cat, get one on ebay theyre very cheap and do the same thing

for an exhaust i recommend the greddy evo...i used to have one, just sold it and got an apexi dunk exhaust...its not on yet, but ill let u know how it turns out

Yooooooo........I have Greddy 4-1 headers and Apexi GT Spec cat-back and i felt a great amnt of power.....and i say it's all worth it..............:dsm:

Yeah get the GReddy 4-1 header because if you look at our stock header as it is right now you can just see all of the restriction that it causes. Go with the GReddy Evo and don't forget about the intake.

for my dsm i have my whole exhaust done, except for the header...i have a magnaflow catback with a magnaflow hi-flow cat. WHat i really want, not sure if they make it for the n/t's, is a skunk2 catback...would be really nice. My friend has the skunk2 on his turbo 2g, really nice sound.

By law your not allowed to remove a CAT unless it's damaged or malfunctioning... But who's gonna tell if you take a screw driver and hammer to it, five minutes before you switch it out for a hi-flow model?:dsm: :talon: :laser: :thumb:

Not sure. Some Hi-Flow Catalytic converters will say they are approved, others may say "full race" or "track purposes only". It really depends on what your looking at. I think the Hi-flow cat from OBX is approved...Even if it's not, I'm still getting one. They dont do check down here in Florida, unless your car sounds like your ripped off your muffler. You can find an obx and other brand cat's at streetstyler.com for really good prices
