Need advice on performance and power

I have recently purchased a 94 eclipse 1.8 SOHC. I installed a Weapon R cai, and a catback exhaust. I have just recently become a car fanatic and want to tweak it as much as possible. What suggestions does anyone have to make it a fast car?

i just got one, you can notice a preety good diference. i think they can give you 8-10hp.

Outstanding. I was hoping for a 2.0 but it was an automatic so I took the 1.8. From what Ive read, I should have no problems modifying it.

The only problem I have is that most auto part stores carry mods from 05 and up. I either have to get it online, or special order from one parts store.

where did you get a cai... i have a 94 talon 1.8 sphc and i was told by many that they didnt make a cai for my car. i just ordered an injen ram off of PTUNING... for real power in your car i would suggest ZEX... i was convinced to get their nitrous system, and i always told myself i would never put my car on giggle gas, but as far as i can see it is safe and very stable for my car.

I had it special ordered from an auto parts store called Jockos. I found an injen online for 190, but they special ordered a weapon R for 150.

The biggest problem I have is most parts I find local are for a 95 and up.

you have to get most of your parts off of the internet specialy with our engine.
