i'm planning on doing the cam gear swap does anyone have a detailed writup on how to do this.

I heard that the AEM gears slip in high hp apps. Also if you do not have a ton of mods it's not worth it, save money for other things.

get a new timming belt also so you can do it all at once. I have never installed them befor.
