Day Two:
-Everything bolted on.
-All wires ran, as you can see. They will be cleaned up later on. :D
-Starts and idles smooth.
-Found big leak from oil return line flange(pictured above), but nothing a little J.B.Weld can't fix. :)

One the J.B.Weld cures I'll try her again. I can say though that the turbo spools up nice. It's whirrring loudly at 3000rpm when just free revving it. Sounds so nice. :)

I'll keep you guys posted. :D

Sweet, which kit did you use? Do you know alot about mechanics or are you just following instructions?

There is no kit and no instructions. The only info he got was from past 1G N/T to turboers. So he does know a lot about mechanics when put up against your average joe. Hope she pulls like a mofo.

Test run last night!!

I'm still on the stock fuel pump while my Walbro 255 is on the way but I held it to 5psi and OH MY GOD!! :D So much faster than it was without the turbo. Spool up is so damn fast and the torque delivery is amazing!

More pics of the install. :D

The turbo will not spool past 7psi right now(discovered it has a bent wastegate arm). But so far 7psi feels goooood. :)

When I finally get off my lazy ass and install my boost controller I'll run 9psi, but no more on this engine. I'm have a turbo block that I'm going to start rebuilding soon. :)

yea i get many complaints from all the car parts in car port. one guy even offered to haul it all off free of charge, even the 6 bolt turbo 4g63 2 trannies set of 16 inch rims body parts ect ect haul it all for free. such a nice guy.
