I am in the middle of rebuilding my engine, Its a 6-bolt (I believe) N/T manual, and I am looking to squeeze out as much HP/Dollar I can, So far I've had the head ported (got it done free), Headers ($149), Underdrive Pulley ($75), Shaved the head for increased CR ($30). Eliminated the balance shafts ($40) (had engin balanced to($90)), custom made Cold Air Intake ($30). I was wondering what all I needed that the 4g63K had on it. Some Guy got 197 with some of the similiar mods as I do w/ a 4g63K.What other parts do I need, and what HP can I expect.

That sounds sweet. You hear a lot of people wanting to go all motor but not many actually do it. I'm glad. If you want more HP, port your exhaust manifold and get 2.25" or 2.5" exhaust SS piping. Make sure your ignition system is up to spec w/ larger wires and try going 1 range hotter with the plug. Maybe even 310cc injectors controlled by a SAFC for a little more fuel support.

If you want to get gritty, go with high compression pistons: 11:1. And get a 3 angle valve job done. With those mods, you can easily push 200HP.
