Are the actual fog lights out? The fog lights are held in by two screws (I had to drill them out with a drill) and then the fog light bracket was held in by three bolts... Are you planning on putting new aftermarket fog lights in?

Well then if you break the heads off the bolts then the bracket that holds the fog lights in will come out. Get some better sockets so you can get them out...
