I was driving at about 45-50 mph and all of a sudden my car down shifted into second my overdrive was on too. so I let go of the gas and the rpms drop slowly. when I press on the gas it rises slowly as well. so i think it's staying in second or first. I don't know why my car is doing this. I checked my transmission fluid and its good what it could be? sound familiar to anyone?

It sounds like the transmission is in limp mode. Try a code scanner to pull the codes from the TCU.

tps can also cause this....if you havent changed the tps I would suggest this first. Happened to me just a week or so ago....ecu/tcu was seeing 97 percent throttle at cruising pedal position causing it to kick down.
