I have thousands in other parts but for this purpose I believe only the above mentioned information is needed.

My Question:

I need a good wideband datalogger that I can fit in my dash (where the vents are). I'm not into gauges, so I don't really want any gauges. It needs to be able to work with MS and do everything needed to run my setup.

**I HAVE NOT DONE ANY MODIFICATIONS YET, I AM IN THE PROCESS OF BUYING EVERYTHING**

MS will log (and make use of) wideband o2 sensors. All you need is the wbo2 sensor.

So all i need is MS? I don't need any gauges or anything? Some other members recommended Zeitronix brand dataloggers... so you're saying I don't need anymore dataloggers as long as I have MS?

...Great. :)

MS will log (and make use of) wideband o2 sensors. All you need is the wbo2 sensor.

He'll also need a wideband controller, like the LC-1 or LM-1. MS can't utilize the wideband sensor directly. The LC-1 will drive the charge pump and condition the output of the sensor to make a clean 0-5V signal that MS can read. You can pick up a wideband kit (I know Innovate makes them) that includes both the controller and the sensor.

You do not, on the other hand, need a gauge or any sort of datalogger. Like Locke said, MS can log and display every input, including the wideband.

I feel like I should have known that for some reason, but I apparently didn't.

That's okay ### I was going to get the "complete" MS kit from symtech labs, the one that includes the ms-II chipset, 3 bar reading, and innovate 02 band and controller. So no worries! :)

Thanks. I hate gauges, and I didn't see how they were required when everything I've read that they do, MS can do.
