question about belt

i am wondering if anyone knows what belt i need and size for my 98 GS i just recently removed my a/c while my engine build in progress i know the power steering belt goes around the a/c and the underdrive pulley... i want to run a single belt from power steering straight to underdrive pulley and dont know what belt i will need...

What I would recommend to you is to take a piece of string and wrap it around the pulleys you want to use. Then when you straighten out the string, measure its length. Go to autozone, tell them you need a power steering belt and the length. They should be able to give you what you need.

Use Dayco belt 5050380, Goodyear belt 4050380, or any other 5 rib 38" belt.

To run power steering off of an UDP without A/C, 5 rib 38" belt.

If you are using the factory pulley, and no A/C, use a 5 rib 40.5" belt such as Goodyear 4050405.
