2G-specific Oil on my o2 sensor

Here is the problem. I have been a quart of oil low for a couple of oil changes that I have noticed. I figured that my car was just burning oil. But I just installed a Greddy SP2 exhaust a couple of months ago, and when I took out the o2 sensor from the stock exhaust, there was oil all over it. Can someone tell me what would cause oil to get onto my o2 sensor?

It could be your valve seals or a cracked guide. Do a compression test.

Thanks Mrmo! What kind of equipment do I need to do a compression test? Or should I take it to a shop? Any other advice will be appreciated!
