Turbo fitting

Im a noobie to all of this and i was wondering what all mods do ineed to make a turbo fit my car i have looked at a turbo its a Greddy t3/t4 g18 with the intercooler and all that for 2500 is that worth it?? please give me a list of some mods or better turbos at better prices thank you.
