hahn's kit and NC emissions

This is my first post, so forgive me if this has been covered already.

For NC residents: Has anyone failed the NC emissions test after installing the Hahn's kit? I want to get the stage 2 kit, but I want to stay legit. Thanks in advance.

Well get the portfueler and keep a catalytic converter, then at idle the emissions will be the same as stock.

You should be fine as long as you keep the converter. Alot of local turbo guys pass without the converter, haha.
