so i was woundering if anyone knows why my car hicups and hesitates when im at full throttle? if i let off on the gas just a little its totally fine but right when the pedal is to the floor it starts acting up really bad.

That hicuping is most likely misfire. Do the standard procedures to diagnose: Plugs, wires, test coil pack, fuel filter(if it's been awhile). If all of those don't solve the problem lets keep in mind you have a 95 with that 1 plug ecu . ECU is my gut feeling as I experienced the same problem(not knowing what it was) until my ECU completely failed and I replaced it, and noticed a bunch of minor problems gone.

you say at WOT. does hiccup during your vacuum to boost transition? or is it a continous hiccup throughout the powerband at WOT.
