does anyone know how to do the Fuel cut removal or know of a web page that has instructions.

Get a new ecu from howell. 400 rpms later you get ignition cut though

so getting my ecu reprogramed is not a good thing or not as effective.

It's very effective and one of the best bang for buck mods. It doesn't raise the rev limiter much though because like I said once the fuel cut is removed you still will get ignition cut 400rpmgs later.
