Will a Perfomance Turbo timing belt fit on a n/t 2G Talon or do i have to stay with the n/t belt? Cause from what i heard the belt for the turbos are a bit smaller. Just need to know if i would be able to put a belt for a turbo on my 98 Eagle talon ESI?

the reason is because the turbo belt is made of a better material and would last longer but if i cant i wont worry about it. It was just a good thought.

im not too sure about the timing belt, but since nothing else in the car(or near nothing) is compatible, im assuming it wont either. but i dont know. but our timing belts are good for at least 60k miles, thats a pretty long time.

like GS said, once you do change the belt, it doesn't have to be done again for awhile. I have an idea. Get it done, then just save $5 a week until the next change. That should cover it.

$5 dollars a week? arnt they only like $60? he could probably save $.50 a week and have enough in time. unless of course your not doing it yourself. then i could see you needing $5 a week.
