i just want to have an average on how much i'm going to spent on head work? how much power did you get out of it?

I spent 900 on my head, but its a full race head, p&p, 1mm oversized stainless steel valves, with coated springs, and titanium retainers. I got a deal with mine because i also got a p&p intake manny in the deal as well, if you would like my guys e~mail you can pm me and ill give it to ya my guys e mail, hes in fl though and i think the huricain knocked him up pretty good because i havent herd from him in a few days, and you CAN GET UP TO 30hp gain from this but that is depending.

ill be paying $1199 for howell's top end kit which comes with cams, cam gears, head gasket, timing belt, valvesprings, lifters, lashers, retainers, and i think that might be it. then attempt to do some gasket matching on the head and intake mani, along with a cleaning of the combustion chamber myself.

its all good as far as what you decide, as long as your happy with it, mine come complete and ready to install all except the cams and cam gears, which i allready have picked out

but that was what, $400 extra? cuz i know you love that ebay so i bet you got some kind of spectacular deal on it. . but mine will be all new.
