The intake sounds good and all.. but if it is down in the bumper/fender of the car, couldn't it suck in snow or water? (I'm a newb so excuse me if this is a dumb question OMG) Thanks for any input
 
Thats why I dont get the COLD AIR one. I think its too long anyway and the air probably gets heated up to about what a shortram would do. Just my $7.54
 
Well i did a log with a short ram and then a cold air and the air intake temp was 10 deg colder for the cold air so therefore the air is colder. I did the log 20 minutes apart so that ruled out air temp change. Go for the AEM CAI very good intake and you will see a difference in power and sound.
