99 an oddball?

I am wondering are 1999 RS's oddballs?
I was planning on buying a Pacesetter Header but it said 97-98.

What do 99's have different, I thought 97-99 were basically the same?

It'll fit. The company just hasn't updated their advertisement since 1998!! Lazy bastards! If it fits on a 98, it will fit on your 99, and that goes for probably everything.
