low idle stalls???

I will be driving along and go to stop, shift down and a lot of times between 2nd and 1st gear, my car idles down to 500 rpm's, then stalls!! It sometimes doesn't even matter what gear i'm in, it did it in 4th gear going about 65 coming off the PA turnpike, couldn't steer or anything, kinda freaky! It only seems to do it in hot weather, I used fuel injection cleaner and I just put in new plugs, and it still does it. I don't know what it could be, any ideas?

hey boss, i use to have a first gen that did the same thing. all i did was clean out the throttle body. just pull off your intake boot at the t-body, get a can of carb. cleaner and spray down the butterfly valve and idle control by-pass curcuit. just something so simple cleared the problem right up, hope the info helps!
