What kind of oil

Just curious as to what weight of oil everyone runs around here. I normally use 10w30 but recently I heard that in colder places like here 5w30 would be a good idea. This is for a bone stock 72k mile motor if that makes a difference.

10w30 is fine for the summer months like right now, but as it gets colder you want to switch to the 5w30.
